In 2009, Link light rail service will provide convenient connections between Downtown and Sea-Tac Airport. It is also a five-minute drive from I-5, and is within 10 minutes of I-90.
Nearby public schools include Van Asselt and Brighton Elementary, and Aki Kurose Middle Schools, the African American Academy, and Rainier Beach High School.
