The Government Finance Officers Association of the U.S. and Canada recognized Seattle Housing Authority with their Award for Financial Reporting Excellence for the agency's 2009 CAFR. This is the agency's thirteenth consecutive award since preparation of the CAFR began in 1998. It represents a significant accomplishment by a municipal entity and serves as a tribute to the hard work and success of Seattle Housing Authority's staff.
