Private builders are required to follow design guidelines outlined in Seattle Housing Authority's Design Book in order to make the new neighborhood seamless with the surrounding community. The current Design Book is being revised and edited by the Rainier Vista Homeowners Association. Questions in reference to the approval process of making revisions to homes or to the overall guidelines should be directed to the Homeowners Association site manager.
