The Holly Gathering Hall is now open, however, with restricted hours (per Covid guidelines): 9am - 10pm, Monday through Saturday; closed on Sundays.
Located in the NewHolly neighborhood in Southeast Seattle, the Gathering Hall is a large airy space featuring a beautiful curved ceiling with exposed beams, wood floors and expansive windows. The space can be divided into two smaller rooms and is perfect for corporate meetings, team-building sessions, weddings, parties and receptions.

Non-refundable reservation deposit: $100.00
Deposit holds your reservation date and will be applied towards the total balance due.
Weekday rate: $120.00 per hour; two-hour minimum requirement
Weekday hours: Monday 1 a.m. through Friday 7 p.m.
Weekend rate: $180.00 per hour; two-hour minimum requirement
Weekend hours: Friday 7 p.m. through Monday 1 a.m.
Kitchen rate: $25.00 per hour; five-hour minimum requirement
May be rented separately.
Security patrol rate: $40.00 per hour; 10:00 p.m. to closing requirement

Any event serving alcohol must have a Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
