Located in the north end of Seattle near Shoreline, Tri-Court is made up of several three-story apartment buildings. It is within a short bus ride of grocery stores, pharmacies, a Seattle Public Library branch, and other shops and services in both Seattle and Shoreline. It is also close to Bitter Lake Park and Community Center. The building is within walking distance of direct bus service to Downtown, Broadview, Whittier Heights, Greenwood, Ballard, Fremont, Northgate, Shoreline, and Richmond Beach. It is also located within two blocks of Highway 99, and is within a five-minute drive of I-5.
